Orders & Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery (1-3 business days, excluding holidays).
Q: How long does it take for custom orders?
A: For custom orders they can be ready to ship in 5-10 business days, depending on the quantity and approval of the custom image(s). If you need to expedite the shipping please select the appropriate shipping method during checkout, so that your order is not delayed.
Note: Some custom designs can be shipped as early as 3 business days or if you are local a pickup day and time can be arranged.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, we currently do not ship to all countries worldwide.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via text and/or email. You can use this number to track your package's progress.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes.
Q: Is there a minimum order quantity for custom orders?
A: No, you can order 1 or more of the same or different designs. Please remember to select and upload a custom design for each separate image and printing to be created.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay for easy checkout.
Note: For custom orders, you will receive a mockup of the final designs to approve and invoiced for the remaining, if the cost is greater.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
A: Absolutely! Our checkout is secured with SSL encryption to protect your payment information.
Products & Customization
Q: Can I upload my own design or image?
A: Yes! When ordering a "custom apparel", you may upload custom files and images. Look for the upload option on the product page.
Q: What file types can I upload?
A: We accept most common file formats including JPG, PNG, PDF, and more. Specific requirements are listed on each product page.
Q: Can I use the oils and other products on my face?
A: The essential oils, coconut oils, shea butter, and sugar scrubs are to be used externally only. Please do not use the listed products on your face to avoid an allergic or other reaction. You may use the products from the neck down (avoiding the private areas).
Q: How are the air fresheners used?
A: With each order you will receive easy instructions on how to use and display your air freshener. The air fresheners are not diluted and are filled with the essential oil you choose.
